Many surgeons prefer not to operate on teens until after they are done growing, which is approximately 14 to 15 years old for girls and even older for boys. Parents: A teen’s social and emotional capacities are also important, so consider your child’s candidacy carefully.
Rhinoplasty complications are rare, and usually minor.
